Returns – Exchanges
Post the one hour cancellation window, all sales are FINAL. GAIAA is committed to customer satisfaction, therefore, if you receive your order and are not completely satisfied, you can request an exchange or store credit, within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please note that an order is only acceptable for an exchange or store credit, if it is still in it’s original condition. The product must not be worn, combed, brushed, washed, cut, colored, or processed in any capacity, and it must have all of the original ties in tact. Once GAIAA has received your return, we will examine the product, and determine if you are eligible for an exchange or store credit. GAIAA reserves the right to accept or decline all returns if the product is not in its original state.
Shipping fees associated with a returned order is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless you are returning a defective product, or a product that you received incorrectly. GAIAA advices you to ship all returns with delivery confirmation, insurance, and tracking information. GAIAA is not responsible for any return orders that are lost or damaged during transit.
Have a defective product?
In the rare case that you receive a defective product, please contact customer support immediately at email@example.com GAIAA takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and we want to ensure that each customer receives a thoroughly inspected and long lasting product. In the case that the item is defective, and our customer support team inspects and confirms your defective product, we will offer an exchange or store credit, and will cover all shipping cost associated with the return.
Please note that any processing of the product, which includes but is not limited to, cutting, curling, lifting, dying, perming, etc. voids the Defective Product Return Policy.
